"Great selection and an easy experience"
I was shopping around for a new watch and was really impressed with the choice at Watches of Switzerland. They had way more options than I expected, including a few models I couldn’t find anywhere else that were actually in stock. Comparing different brands and styles was really straightforward, and the whole process felt easy from start to finish. I found the one I wanted quickly and would definitely use them again.

"Nice shop, just a bit of a wait"
Popped into the shop to check out a watch I’d seen online. It was clean and the staff seemed nice, but I ended up standing around for a while before anyone came over. Maybe there was something going on in the back or I just caught them at an odd moment, but it didn’t look especially busy.
Once someone did help me, he was friendly enough and clearly knew what he was talking about. He let me try on a few watches, which was good, though the whole thing felt a little stiff and formal for me. Nice selection overall, just think the service could feel a bit more relaxed and welcoming.

"Solid help after the sale tbh"
I had to send my watch in for a repair after buying it from them, and the after-sales team was actually good. They kept me in the loop the whole time, and when it came back it was working perfectly again. It did take a bit longer than I hoped, but whenever I called they were helpful and easy to deal with. Happy overall ngl.

Had a good experience here. The staff were professional and seemed to really know their watches, which made things easy without feeling pushy

"Wish the watch had worked out"
I returned a watch because it just wasn’t quite right for me, which was a bit of a shame because I really wanted to like it. The return process was easy though, and my refund came through quicker than I expected. I didn’t have to chase anyone, so even though I regret it didn’t work out, I was really happy with how everything was handled.

"Really helpful and decent staff"
The staff sorted my issue really quickly and were friendly the whole time. it’s nice to deal with people who actually care and do the right thing by their customers.

I wasn’t expecting much, but to be fair, the online order was quick and straightforward. Got everything sorted without any hassle, so I can’t really complain.
